I recently saw a player complaining on Facebook that their Winbox withdrawal failed. The reason given was that they hadn’t completed the required 1× turnover. So even though their balance met the minimum withdrawal amount, their withdrawal request was still rejected. What’s actually going on?
To figure out whether this is a player-side issue or whether the platform is deliberately “holding” withdrawals, we first need to understand Winbox’s withdrawal rules.
Winbox withdrawal rules
Before we get into the rules, let’s clarify the two types of “points” in Winbox (points = your account balance; this article will consistently call it “points”). There are two types: Cash and Chips.
- Cash usually comes from deposits and can be withdrawn.
- Chips usually come from game rewards or red packets/bonuses and cannot be withdrawn directly.
